Create an achievement on steamworks and then set the respective Steam Identifier on your scriptable object

1. Go to https://partner.steamgames.com/ and login
2. Go to Your App → Edit Steamworks Settings → Stats & Achievements → Achievements
3. Click New Achievement
   1. Enter appropriate identifier
   2. (optional) configure linked steam stat
   3. Enter display name
   4. Enter description
   5. Set icons
   6. Save achievement
4. Publish the new achievement
5. Enter Steam Identifier on your scriptable object
6. Test in demo scene to Unlock/Revoke
